Why SponsorReady exists

SponsorReady exists for one moment: a compliance officer picks a worker at random and asks for their file. Most firms know their duties. What they lack is the file, in order, on the day.

So the file is built from your own answers, not handed over as a blank template. It finds what is missing, puts it in the order a visit checks it, and gives every gap an owner. If it doesn’t find three gaps specific to your company, you don’t pay.

What exactly do I get?

A PDF compliance file built from your answers: every sponsored worker’s file scored against Appendix D, a ranked list of what to fix, a duties matrix naming who starts each reporting clock, a deadline ready-reckoner, cover sheets, and a mock-audit walk. The sample for four workers runs to 17 pages.

What happens after I pay?

You get a questionnaire by email that takes about fifteen minutes. We confirm within one working day that your answers are complete, then the pack is generated and emailed to you, licensed to you by name.

What if it doesn’t find anything wrong?

Then you don’t pay. If the pack doesn’t surface at least three gaps specific to your workers and processes, the card payment is refunded in full. Reply to any of our emails and say so.

Do you need my workers’ personal data?

No. Workers go into the questionnaire by a reference such as W-001, never by name. We don’t want their personal data and the pack doesn’t need it.

Is this legal or immigration advice?

No. SponsorReady produces internal compliance documentation built from your answers. It says nothing about any individual’s visa, status or application; case-specific questions belong with a regulated immigration adviser. The sponsor duties remain yours.

How accurate are the deadlines?

The calendar excludes weekends but not bank holidays, so a deadline we show is always the safe side of the true one, never the late side.

Can I pay by invoice?
